The elderly population are uncomfortable when they are isolated from regular society and
kept away in distant facilities. They get their peace and tranquility there but feel fully disconnected from regular society. Psychologists have proved that they require to be amidst all age groups and see the propagation of fresh life. This prompted us to come up with this project well within city limits. The project consists of partially furnished apartments, that have been specifically designed for the elderly.
The units are designed to accommodate a couple in comfort and the minimum age of
one of the occupants has to be 55 years. The project is fully serviced and maintained like
a 3 star facility. A fully equipped and well staffed kitchen will provide freshly cooked vegetarian meals thrice a day and provide for beverages and snacks during the rest of the day. use of the community dining facility is optional as residents are free to cook their meals in their own kitchens. House keeping facility within the apartment is available on request. Lots of activities will be planned during the day to keep the residents busy.
